Dragon thoughts on secrets and more

I've been a little remiss on getting the ezines out this week. "Fly Beyond" went out to 215 subscribers, which I am so grateful for. This week, I speculated on what "The Secret" is that all the buzz is about. There are two links on the website for it, but it was pushed back from being released on Feb. 15th as originally planned. Seems some larger movie companies might have gotten interested in it. Nothing like tantalizing a dragon's curiousity, is there?

What I have found out, is that Dr. Joe Vitale was one of the participants in the film. He was not the only modern "thinker," apparently. He talks about it in his blog. One of the other "thinkers" of the past they seem to have highlighted is Charles Haanel. I speculated in "Fly Beyond" that what these two have in common are the concepts of keeping your thoughts under control to create the life you WANT. Maybe that's the secret?

I tried to find Haanel's books on ALibris, but there were no copies available. From what I understand, they were taken out of circulation many years ago. Perhaps to guard the "secret" from the common folks. I don't know, but it's fascinating to speculate on. lol

Sent out the fourth issue of the Dog Potentials newsletter today, too. It has grown to over 70 subscribers in only three weeks and a little more. That's really gratifying to me, too.

Need to make some changes on that website, put some of the pages into their own directories, and then add articles to each of those directories and link them on the pages. Besides the trick ebooks I'm planning to add there, I'll be adding some of the old dog fiction from pre-1923 to buy. Have lots of plans for all the ebooks--regular and large-print editions, maybe audio books, even print runs of the books at some point. Those and the audio books will probaby be sold in the Dog Potentials Store. Of course, once they get popular, I'll have to upgrade the store to a paid version, so I can offer several of them in there.

Well, lots of things I need to do today. Flying beyond my own limitations is scary, but fun. I'll keep you informed on how it goes.

Ta,
Chris
